Mahinda Rajapaksa's Honeymoon with UNP killing our troops.

BBC NEWS | South Asia | Sri Lanka clashes kill 129 troops

After a string of wins, we have to again face the results of the bloody UNP traitors who are ready to sell our country for the sake of protecting their own religious and business interests. As I said in my previous post, JVP and JHU should take the fair share of responsibility for allowing UNP and LTTE to join with this president instead of them acting strategically to protect the country. It is true that we are not aware about the underhand deals that may have offered to the president for taking this U Turn policy of his. The sad truth is, again LTTE manage to lift the head, consolidate the position and kill many troops.

Too bad for our future generations and the president should be ashamed for himself for making this happen by joining with the fucking UNP shit-heads.
Joining with UNP= Joining with LTTE. That's the noble truth.
Joining with JVP=Joining with some bunch of extremists who will oppose everything and propose the unthinkable.

If really wanna Join with someone.. because of not having a backbone to stand straight and say things straight.. then sticking with JVP is the better option than joining with UNP/LTTE.

What's your view about joining with JHU?

Knowing the truth that, one political party alone cannot solve this problem, with whom Mahinda should join?

Say, if MR join with JVP and JHU, but not UNP. What if UNP (47% of vote base in SL, according to last election) reject their solution?

IMO the country is coming back to the "right track" slowly but steadily. Joining of major political forces in south, to solve burning problems of citizens, was a dream few months ago.

Now we can identify who are the real opportunistists. JVP, JHU, Wickramabahu etc are opposing this political merger, because they are the opportunitists who can take advantage in a politically divided country. That's why they are so scared.

We all shocked about the 129 soldiers who died in war. We always shocked about, all the soldiers who dead in the war so far. But, how can you relate UNP , SLFP merger to the death of 129 soldiers???

To Voice in Colombo..

They took us a ride by signing the pact.. that is the issue.. Like you exactly said.. it is about the voter base.. nothing else.. Ranil got scared when UNP ministers crosses.. then JVP and JHU got scared when they loose the demanding hand.. Ranl thought it is better to join with Mahinda to score more marks than loosing his UNP members to Mahinda.

All politics..

It is no point having thousands of ministers doing nothing.. what is needed is few who can really make a difference. It is true that Mahinda came to power with JVP and JHU.. but he was handling it very well..

I do not want to comment more on what went wrong during last couple of weeks. President himself know the mistake he made. Now what? What can we go and talk in peace talks other than listening to the demands of LTTE and watching they getting more publicity.

Sorry.. I am not a party guy. I voted one time for Ranil..then CBK..then Ranil and last time for Mahinda..
