Politics & Monks. Spell the boundaries and disrobe anyone who violates

I think it’s the time for the council of monks in different sects to sit together and start to discuss this topic. It’s for the interest of Buddhism as a whole in the world. Forget about Sri Lanka. I do not think we have many Buddhists who understand Buddhism to talk about it.

Bikkhus should follow a certain guidelines and principles. I am not saying that they should be banned from politics. What I am saying is, if they are allowed to do politics, then it has to be within a certain framework and also they should be asked to take prior permission to do so. They should have sound reasons to engage in politics.

For example, we Buddhists should not allow dhamma to be used as a mean to get votes during election meeting. If anyone wants to do politics, then they can disrobe and engaged in political activities. I am a Buddhist and very much concerned about the growing trend and the deteriorating behavior of monks in Sri Lanka. I think time has come to act now..

They may have reasons to get upset. Not only them. Many Sri Lankans should have reasons to upset over the way things are happening with peace talks and war and daily killings. What about the intimidation, getting defeated, getting killed and living in fear. Saying so.. monks should not be allowed to go insane. The last thing we want is, getting labled as "buddhist extremists".

When talk about the reality and teh truth, we know that we all get labled as "extremists" or "racists" by the peace nicks. That's ok. Let's not allow them to attach buddhism in to this.
It's not fair to other buddhist countries in the world.

Stupid Peace Rallies and Stupid Fighting with each other at a time LTTE has declared war on us..

Many peace loving politicians and also our changed president always talk about “sharing of power” and “peace”. Yesterday they were fighting in a peace rally with monks who oppose this. First of all, the monks did a stupid thing by trying to interfere in this rally. It’s not their job.

They should have acted with common sense and understand that the bunch of idiots who organized the rally calling for peace and sharing of power does not want to talk about with whom they are going to share the power.

The present war is with LTTE terrorists and LTTE do not want any sharing of power.

LTTE terrorists have said this many times. If wanna reconfirm this, then it’s very simple. Call for a meeting with LTTE leaders and tell them the agenda is to discuss “sharing of power”. They will get the answer direct from them.

Are these people deaf and blind? I do not understand. All they do is blaming parties like JHU, JVP and anyone who oppose their idea of power sharing as extremists.

Just stop this bullshit. If does not want to fight a war with LTTE, then defend against them like the way we do now but without getting killed. That’s a different story.

But do not talk this bullshit ‘peace talks’ ‘sharing of power’ etc without telling with whom we are going to share the power.

This is like falling in love with the neighbors beautiful daughter and writing love letters at a time when she is making love with her driver. This is not a hindi movie.

Whoever believe in peace talks and power sharing can live in this illusion forever.

Don’t think that people in Sri Lanka do not like to see an end to it. Everyone love and wish to see an end to this bloody conflict. I do not think anyone will oppose the idea of sharing power if LTTE agrees on it. But here you have a situation that LTTE is very straight and spelled straight. They have declared Elam War 4 and we are telling that we are not at War but want peace with them. Come on.. What are we dreaming for?

Hundreds of LTTE Child Soldiers Dead in Sri Lanka.. It’s Time to stop the Hearts not the Nails.

The war has officially started and as everyone can see, without Karuna Group, LTTE terrorists have become a force of children guided by the few LTTE so called leaders.

But the sad truth is, among the LTTE terrorists dead are many teenage children taken forcefully by LTTE terrorist leaders to defend themselves.

During the so called peace talks period many NGO’s operated under the banner of providing humanitarian assistance to these unfortunate children. Now it has become apparent that these NGO’s have used the war to pile up donations to their coffins and not done any good for these innocent children.

Though it is difficult to differentiate who is a kid and who is a real terrorist in this situation, Sri Lankan government should consider this issue when formulating the war strategy. Offering to surrender is not enough. Will this kind of offers get to the LTTE front lines, all filled with innocent child soldiers? I doubt.

Therefore it is high time to start focusing on LTTE high ranking officers. Offer the highest money rewards for the heads of LTTE leaders. Eliminate them first.
They have killed enough and it’s time for them to pay the price.

How many tamil leaders LTTE have killed? Yet all LTTE leaders and their families are enjoying the luxuries and living happily. During the so called peace period, they used it to make them rich, send their kids to foreign countries to study and forcibly recruiting unfortunate children as war shields.
It is time to focus the war to the heart of it. It is no point killing the LTTE front lines as they are all filled with child soldiers assisted and protected by the so called international NGO network in
Sri Lanka.

Government can say 'over 100 LTTE terrorists dead'. When saying so, count the number of LTTE child soldiers and differentiate them from the real terrorists. Publish the pictures of LTTE child soldiers to the international media such as BBC. LTTE linked Media networks such as BBC, Reuters should get these images. They are also responsible for this .
